As part of the sign-up process, when a new customer informs NeuBeam that an existing NeuBeam customer referred them, the existing customer is automatically included in our referral program. There is no limit on how many people can be referred to us, or how many credits will be received (account must be in good standing). The new customer must provide us with the name of the existing customer who referred them at the time they sign up – this info will be entered on the order form.
